Estos términos de servicio ("Términos") regulan el uso de la aplicación AISpeechScan ("la aplicación"), desarrollada por EIAIX. Al descargar, instalar o utilizar la aplicación aceptas estos Términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, no utilices la aplicación.
1. Licencia de uso
EIAIX te concede una licencia personal, limitada, no exclusiva e intransferible para usar la aplicación conforme a estos Términos y a las políticas de la tienda desde la que la obtuviste. No puedes revender, redistribuir ni realizar ingeniería inversa de la aplicación salvo en la medida permitida por la ley.
2. Planes, suscripciones y pagos
La aplicación ofrece un plan Gratis y planes de pago (Pro y Empresa). Las compras y suscripciones se procesan a través de la Microsoft Store u otro canal autorizado, y están sujetas a sus condiciones. Las suscripciones se renuevan automáticamente salvo que las canceles antes de la fecha de renovación desde la configuración de tu cuenta de la tienda. Las licencias de Empresa vendidas mediante código de activación se rigen por el contrato correspondiente.
3. Uso aceptable
Te comprometes a utilizar la aplicación de forma lícita y a no emplearla para grabar, transcribir o traducir conversaciones sin el consentimiento requerido por la ley aplicable. Eres el único responsable de cumplir las normas sobre grabación y privacidad de las comunicaciones en tu jurisdicción.
4. Servicios de terceros
La aplicación puede conectarse, a tu elección, con proveedores externos de transcripción, traducción o voz. El uso de esos servicios se rige por sus propios términos y por el acuerdo que tengas con ellos. EIAIX no es responsable de la disponibilidad, exactitud ni de los costos de dichos servicios.
5. Exactitud y disponibilidad
La transcripción y la traducción automáticas pueden contener errores. La aplicación se ofrece "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad", sin garantías de exactitud, idoneidad para un fin concreto o funcionamiento ininterrumpido. No debes basar decisiones críticas únicamente en los resultados de la aplicación.
6. Limitación de responsabilidad
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, EIAIX no será responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes derivados del uso o la imposibilidad de uso de la aplicación.
7. Propiedad intelectual
La aplicación, su marca y su contenido son propiedad de EIAIX o de sus licenciantes y están protegidos por las leyes de propiedad intelectual. El contenido que tú generes (transcripciones, traducciones) es tuyo.
8. Terminación
Podemos suspender o terminar tu acceso si incumples estos Términos. Puedes dejar de usar la aplicación en cualquier momento desinstalándola.
9. Cambios
Podemos modificar estos Términos ocasionalmente. Publicaremos la versión vigente en esta página con su fecha de actualización.
10. Ley aplicable
Estos Términos se rigen por la legislación aplicable, sin perjuicio de los derechos que te correspondan como consumidor en tu país de residencia.

These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the AISpeechScan application ("the app"), developed by EIAIX. By downloading, installing or using the app you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. License to use
EIAIX grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the app in accordance with these Terms and the policies of the store from which you obtained it. You may not resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer the app except to the extent permitted by law.
2. Plans, subscriptions and payments
The app offers a Free plan and paid plans (Pro and Enterprise). Purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Microsoft Store or another authorized channel, and are subject to their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date from your store account settings. Enterprise licenses sold via activation code are governed by the corresponding contract.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the app lawfully and not to use it to record, transcribe or translate conversations without the consent required by applicable law. You are solely responsible for complying with the recording and communications-privacy rules in your jurisdiction.
4. Third-party services
The app may connect, at your choice, with external transcription, translation or speech providers. Use of those services is governed by their own terms and your agreement with them. EIAIX is not responsible for the availability, accuracy or costs of such services.
5. Accuracy and availability
Automatic transcription and translation may contain errors. The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. You should not base critical decisions solely on the app's output.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EIAIX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the app.
7. Intellectual property
The app, its brand and its content are owned by EIAIX or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Content you generate (transcriptions, translations) belongs to you.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
9. Changes
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the current version on this page with its update date.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without prejudice to any consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.
